1. Do you offer contactless delivery?
Yes we do, there are two ways we could organise this for you:
- We could deliver it to your car boot on arrival at our place (you will have to send us a text on arrival).
- We could leave it in front of our door for you to pick it up.
2. How can I track my order?
- Check your order status at track your order.
- Once your item/s have been sent, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation. An email containing a tracking ID number and a link.
3. I just got my order and something is damaged/faulty/ wrong. What can I do?
- Damaged/ Faulty: Please call or email us immediately after the product has been received and you have noticed a fault. Please email us a clear image/video of the damaged/faulty/wrong item(s) and make sure you tell us your order number. We will review your application. Please allow 2 business days for a response from our Customer Service team confirming your refund and/or next steps.
- Return Policy: If you need to return an item please contact us first for instructions by e-mail: yavi@urbanvibe.com.au or give us a call and discuss. Thanks!
4. What is our Delivery Time frames?
- Please allow 24 hours from placing your order, for the delivery details to be confirmed by email.
- Once you’ve received your order confirmation email, please allow:
– Metro delivery: Within 2-5 business days.
– Regional delivery: Within 5-7 business days.
– Remote delivery: Within 7-14 business days.
– International: Within 10-20 business days.

5. How much would delivery cost?

6. Can I purchase a gift card?
- Yes, we offer an eGift Card. This gift card is emailed to you.
- Gift card values between $25 and $ 500.
- Redeemable online.
7. Can I have a Wholesale Account?
Yes, Of course!! We are looking for wholesale clients that have physical retail store locations, or who interact directly with the public. For example: retail store owner, or who participate in street fairs or shows. We are no longer accepting wholesale applications from sellers for eBay, Amazon, or from sellers that have an online only presence.

- E-mail us with your name, your company name, shipping address, and phone number, include your ABN number. Once we have this, we will send you our wholesale information.
- Â If you are a Music Therapist or School and would like to purchase drums (and do not have aABN number), please contact us.
- Â Minimum Purchase: 4 Drums unless other arrangements are made.
